The reception staff and .manager were super nice and helpful. We were made to feel extremely welcome and given plenty of helpful information. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable, and the bed was a dream. Location was excellent.

The hotel is superb, perfectly located in the heart of Nice with countless attractions nearby, along with stunning sea views, shops, and restaurants just steps away. It’s also only a five-minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and guests have 24/7 access to coffee and water. There’s a charming balcony where you can enjoy breakfast while listening to the birds, as well as a vibrant back terrace with a pool that truly made us feel like we were somewhere exotic. The staff are incredibly friendly and gave us such a warm welcome especially Dragan, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Very close to the train station, yet it doesn't feel that close. You can't see or hear the trains; you're simply living in the garden. All was very clean. The small pool right outside the apartment door is a great feature. The bed was very comfortable.

We got a very nice room. It was clean, comfortable, spacious. The bathroom was large and clean, equipped with toiletries. The only minus is that there were no slippers, the towels were a little questionable in cleanliness. The breakfast was really excellent, salty, sweet, hot, cold, pastries, eggs, fruit etc... all morning drinks were available. Otherwise, you can help yourself to coffee and water in the hotel's living room, at any time of the day. The terrace facing the street was a great convenience. Although, there is nice one at the back, by the pool. The hotel staff is extremely, extremely pleasant, they will give you all the information you need. They are very helpful. You can leave your luggage both before check in and after check out. The location of the hotel is excellent, 5+. Near main train station, tram lines and not far by foot from the Old town, English Promenade... and beautiful sea.

Score: 10/10 Travel purpose: Leisure stay in Nice, July 2025 Stayed: 2 nights Room type: Deluxe Double Room What I liked: • The rooms were spacious, stylish, and very clean — a rare find in Nice. • Great location: quiet yet central, everything within walking distance. • The pool is a real highlight — something most hotels in Nice don’t offer. It made the whole experience feel like a true vacation. • Staff was excellent — attentive, warm, and professional without being pushy. • Calm atmosphere, beautiful details, and overall a place you want to come back to. What could be improved: Nothing to mention — everything was smooth and enjoyable. Final note: A hotel that truly stands out. It’s not just where you stay — it’s how it makes you feel.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Fantastic location close to station and trams with lots available within a short stroll. Nice coffee is free plus water, which was very welcome. And the little balcony was also a great bonus. Pretty terrace at the front.

The hotel is in a superb location - close to Nice Ville station, near the main shopping area and good restaurants, ,less than 10 minute walk from the tram stop from airport and just under 15 minute walk to the beach! What I would call a funky, boutique style hotel, quiet and 'cosy'. Nicely appointed rooms and very comfortable beds. Varied and well presented breakfast. Angel and Dragan, the Reception team, were very welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

The hotel is close to Nice Ville train station. We were delighted to find a personalized note and a small gift in the room — a thoughtful touch that immediately made us feel welcomed. The room size was good, and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was very good and it offered a variety of delicious options. The hotel is also within walking distance of the old town, making it easy to explore. A special mention goes to the staff — friendly, professional, and always ready to help.

Clean, comfortable double room with balcony. Breakfast is continental buffet, good variety. Tea, coffee, iced water available all day for free with complimentary sweets and biscuits which could be enjoyed on the terrace at the front of the hotel. 2 mins walk to the train station Nice - Ville which is literally across the road and provides easy access along the French Riviera. 10 mins walk to seafront promenade.The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is close to the main train station, breakfast is ok.The free water dispenser is a nice touch. The decorations of the hotel look very nice.
